Eddie Cotton Jr.
Eddie Cotton Jr., born in Clinton, in the heart of Mississippi, the son of a reverend, couldn't escape his destiny!
A true jewel of contemporary Mississippi blues, Eddie discovered gospel at his father's church and the blues at home listening to B.B. King.
These two influences combine to give his music its strength and beauty, a clever blend of Mississippi tradition and the electric sound of these idols.
Winner of the IBC Memphis Challenge in 2015, he released his debut album on the Dechamp label, founded with his friend Grady Champion, and made his mark in France in November 2016 with one of the best editions of the Chicago Blues Festival Tour in the last 10 years.
